• Standard Rate: You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your arrival. Cancellations after this period will incur the full booking amount as a late cancellation fee.
• Non-Refundable Rates: Bookings under these rates cannot be cancelled or modified. Full amount of the reservation is chargeable at the time of booking. To ensure a smooth and convenient transaction, A "Pay-by-Link" payment method has been implemented. With our Pay-by-Link system, you will receive an email containing a secure link that will lead you to a payment portal. If payment is not
completed within 48 hours, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
• No-Show: If you fail to arrive by midnight on the arrival date, your booking will be considered a no-show, and the full booking amount will be charged. Any arrivals after midnight must be reported to the Front Desk.
• A security deposit of £25 per night, up to £100 per room, will be pre-authorized on arrival.
• This deposit is released upon departure if no damage occurs. Release times may vary depending on your bank.
• Check-in: from 2:00 PM. Early arrivals can leave luggage with us until the room is ready.
• Check-out: by 12:00 PM. Late check-out is subject to availability and confirmed on the day of departure. Late check-out may incur additional charges, and access to the room may be blocked if the deadline is exceeded.
• Guest ID Requirements:
o Foreign guests: Passport or ID card
o UK residents: Passport, ID card, or Driving Licence
• The lead guest must be at least 18 years old.
• The maximum number of guests per apartment is as stated at the time of booking.
• Exceeding the allowed occupancy may result in refusal of check-in or additional charges.
• Prices are per room and include all taxes.
• Only Pound Sterling (£) is accepted.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Guests are responsible for any noise caused by themselves or their visitors.
• Management reserves the right to address excessive disturbance, including the possibility of eviction without compensation.
• Guests may use the Do Not Disturb sign, but the hotel reserves the right to enter the room if the sign remains for two consecutive days.
• Complimentary luggage storage is available on arrival until the room is ready and on departure day until 6:00 PM.
• Management is not responsible for loss or damage, and luggage is stored in a public area due to limited space.
• Housekeeping is available Monday to Sunday. Towels are changed every 2 days,
and linen every 3 days.
• Apartments must be left in reasonable condition on departure. Extra cleaning, if required, will be charged accordingly.
• Guests are responsible for any damage to the apartment or its contents.
• Any damages discovered after departure will be charged to the guest.
• Unaccompanied visitors are not allowed, and overnight stays are prohibited.
• All visitors must register at Reception and leave by 10:00 PM.
Presidential Apartments Kensington is not responsible for any items left behind after check-out.
• No smoking inside the premises. A fine of £100 applies if evidence of smoking is
found.
• No pets allowed.
